About Me

Omolere 2

Welcome

Let's do more together

Hi there! I’m Tobi Omolere, a registered public health nurse in the UK with a deep passion for improving the lives of people with disabilities.

Who I am?

Nursing with a Vision

Nursing wasn’t always my path, but after some twists and turns (you can read about them in my book, “Chronicle of Realities”), I found my calling in healthcare. My background in nursing science, coupled with my interest in occupational psychology, fuels my dedication to providing excellent care while considering the unique needs of individuals with disabilities.

Always Learning, Always Advocating

I’m a firm believer in lifelong learning. My experiences, from overcoming challenges in my own nursing journey to the countless stories of my patients, have taught me invaluable lessons about resilience and the power of human connection. I’m committed to using my knowledge and experience to be a strong advocate for people with disabilities, ensuring they receive the care and respect they deserve.

Beyond the Bedside

While I take pride in my clinical work, my advocacy extends beyond the hospital walls. I’m the founder and coordinator of the Nursing Conception Initiative (NCI), an organization dedicated to elevating the profile of the nursing profession and its vital role in supporting people with disabilities.

Stay Connected!

This is just a glimpse into my world. I’m always interested in connecting with others who share my passion for nursing and disability inclusion. Feel free to reach out and let’s keep the conversation going!
